Following a detailed Feasibility that explored various options for the site, Grant Murray were appointed to design & oversee delivery of 24 newbuild flats to the site; intended to 'complete the urban block'.

Arranged over the 3 closes, 2 of the blocks follow a traditional 4 storey tenement pattern - a typology that is widely prevalent throughout the local area. The corner close deviates from this established pattern & utilises a split level arrangment to overcome the existing topography at this corner. This ensures the building addresses both Glenbarr Street & Rhymer Street simultaneously, whilst it also provides an interesting focal point to this corner approach.

100% resident's parking, soft landscaping & communal backcourts have all been integrated carefully, while all properties enjoy south facing living areas, large balconies & bright communal areas overlooking the street.
