Central to the Viewmount Drive development in Maryhill, is the conversion of the former primary school building. Due to various planning & listed building requirements, a highly innovative approach was required to arrive at a solution that successfully rejuvenated the old school into 9 modern, desirable & highly bespoke flats, without compromising the original buildings character. Two internal courtyards have been introduced to ensure a high level of natural daylight & amenity space, while mezzanine levels have been introduced wherever possible to maximise floorspace whilst still honouring the original storey makeup.
