Situated on a challenging gap site within Gourock, with over 7m of a level change between the front & rear boundary, the proposlas  utilise raised backcourts, terraced garden areas & undercroft parking to provide the parking & open space provision required for the properties. 8 no. flats in total have been created, 1 of which enoys a maisonette arrangement with its own dedicated ground floor entrance that enhances the street.

The form takes strong design cues from the adjoining buildings; classic 'triple bay' proportions, honest roof detailing, clear delineation of the ground floor. Each feature has been given a contemporary interpretation & helps ensure that while the building has a modern outward impression, it also 'stitches together' the street harmoniously.
