The site of the B listed former Steiner School has lain derelict since March 2013, following a devastating fire that left the building in a perilous condition. A further fire in May 2015 led to the loss of several original features & urgent action is now required to develop the building & prevent it from the very serious risk of further collapse.

The proposals set out to retain the remaining shell of the school & convert the interior into residential accommodation. 14 no. highly desirable & spacious 2 bedroom flats will be realised within the orginal footprint.  An accompanying 6 storey new build element to the Yorkhill Street side of the site, will result in a further 22 no. 2 bedroom flats of various sizes & outlooks.
