Having been the architects that realized the Calvay Centre several years earlier, when the former nursery element in this building became vacant, Grant Murray were approached by the client to develop proposals for the Association's new offices.

Incorporating a substantial side extension , the proposals utilise significant open plan areas as well as extensive frameless glass partitions, to maximise daylight & aspect onto both the adjoining park & the existing central courtyard. Sun pipes have been used extensively throughout the floor plan & the thermal performance of the existing centre has also been improved significantly. To the front elevation, new overcladding, signage & feature lighting have completely transformed the visual appearance of the existing Centre & created a positive local landmark.
