16no. cottage flats for social rent
The project on Dalilea Drive represents Phase 9 of the regeneration of the Lochend area of Easterhouse and was completed in November 2009. Situated on the site of the housing association's former offices, the final design evolved out of a desire to address the 3 individual streets which formed the site boundary. The resulting streetscapes were then carefully considered and explored, whilst sustainable features such as passive ventilation and sun pipes were specified to serve the internal spaces.
