Conversion of HMO flats to residential apartments
This project will see the complete conversion and refurbishment of a Category C listed traditional townhouse building back from HMO flats into 4 mainstream residential dwellings.
Reducing the accommodation to a single dwelling per storey, non original partitions and interventions will be removed to restore the 4 storey building to high quality, desirable housing.
